FOUNDRY AND ALLOYS

Scraps recycling allows to play an important ecological role: in the foundry the environmental protection is an integral part of the structure, of its manufacturing process and all its products. With this process CO2 emissions are reduced from 8 kg of CO2 for every kg of aluminium produced to 0.25 kg.

Our foundry is equipped with an analysis laboratory and a computer-based control service on site to verify alloys in all their elements and characteristics to issue analysis certificates. Thanks to its internal billets production, Estral Group is able to supply a certificated and excellent metal, in total respect of the environment and ensuring a constant placing of raw materials. Art and literature have dealt with this topic in very different ways, sometimes embracing its immensity, sometimes with the thrill of the unknown which is related to it.

The idea of infinity is intrinsic to nature itself: in nature, nothing is created and nothing is destroyed, creating in this way a perfect circularity of elements which regenerate and fully preserve their balance.

This led us to the creation of the Ecoal logo, namely the idea that aluminium can represent the very concept of infinity.

It is infinitely recyclable, infinitely mouldable and infinitely adaptable to the production requirements, always with complete respect for nature and its balances. A message that must be passed on to everyone who comes into contact with our Ecoal aluminium billets.

Ecoal billets are produced using 85% scrap, with CO2 emissions of < 0.25 Kg and a high-performance chemical composition, suitable for all aluminium extrusion applications.
