After extrusion, profiles can be further machined.

In this way we can meet all customer requirements and guarantee a quality service. What we do? Cutting, tumbling, bending or surface treatments as shearing, powder coating and anodizing. But also, plastic film protection, pre-assembly operations and packaging in kits. Our offer is completed by a department dedicated to the mechanical machining of the automotive world, strictly in accordance with current regulations.

IATF department 16949: 2016

A new department devoted to mechanical processing for the automotive sector has been created in 2020. Thanks to a fully automated system we are able to carry out various mechanical operations on the profile and to make a 100% dimensional check, scrapping any non-conform piece. Further checks are carried out in the metrology room thanks to our brand new CMM machines and our highly qualified personnel.
